KEY ELEMENTS WE SEEK TO UNDERSTAND AND CONSIDER IN SUPPORTING OUR CLIENTS:

  • PURPOSE: Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s Vision, Mission, Values, and Operating Behaviors.

  • ANNUAL PLANNING CYCLE: Familiarize oneself with the process of the annual planning cycle, including the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), as well as the establishment of organizational goals and OKRs (Strategic Objectives, Key Actions, and Key Results).

  • GOVERNANCE PROCESS: Familiarize oneself with the organization-wide meeting schedule, including a clear understanding of the objectives and expected outcomes for each meeting.

  • KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs): Review and comprehend the leading and lagging Key Performance Indicators that directly contribute to revenue growth within the organization.

  • INTERNAL ENTERPRISE-WIDE TEAM ENGAGEMENT SURVEY: Evaluate and grasp the current strengths and areas for improvement within the organization, with a focus on cultivating a positive culture that embodies the company’s values and vision through the organization’s behaviors.

INVICTA’S 5-STEP PROCESS WITH BUILT IN FLEXIBILITY TO ADAPT TO CLIENTS NEEDS:

I. INITIAL CONSULTATION
In the beginning, there will be a video call to clarify the process and understand the client’s assessment of the organization, needs, goals, and objectives. The client will provide relevant insight and associated documents related to key business elements before, during, or after this discovery call.
II. COLLABORATIVE STRATEGIC PLAN DEVELOPMENT
Consultant will travel to the company’s main office to meet with key personnel in continuing to discuss and agree upon key priorities, objectives and outcomes based on evaluating the organization’s strengths and opportunities. This visit, in combination with step I and a thorough review of key elements outlined above, will initiate the build of a customized strategic plan detailed in the following step.
III. REVIEW CUSTOMIZED STRATEGIC PLAN
The customized strategic plan will be reviewed, aligned, and agreed upon, incorporating SMARTA goal criteria.
IV. SUPPORT (REMOTE AND ON-SITE)
The consultant will provide assistance, coaching, and guidance to the client throughout the implementation and execution of the strategic plan. This support can be provided remotely or on-site, as needed.
V. ACCOUNTABILITY EVALUATION
The process of executing the plan, measuring progress, assessing results, learning from the outcomes, making adjustments, and repeating the cycle will ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
